You were a very important part of the entire success of the day – from keeping us on schedule with the contracting of everyone and everything by Christmas, to telling Stacy where and when to get the wedding license, to recommending a minister for the ceremony – who turned out to be the perfect match for them as they were church shopping. Your recommendations of the number of shuttles and times for their arrival were right on. You estimated perfectly for the rental of audio equipment and chairs. All the vendors you recommended were outstanding.
With the early rain putting a damper on the organization of the events during the wedding day, you efficiently coordinated the bride and groom’s moment, the sound setup, found a place for the dulcimer player to tune up, set up all the greeters, dried off all the chairs and got everyone out the door and lined up perfectly to go down the aisle. I even saw you take care of the latecomers so as not to interrupt the perfectly planned ceremony.
I couldn’t have asked for the day to turn out more perfectly. I was the first one at the reception and it looked fabulous. Your help in keeping the aerialist, cake cutting, first dance, toast, the maid of honor’s song and Stacy’s dance with Todd on schedule was amazing. I had so much fun at the reception because you took such good care of EVERYTHING.
